Meet Bill

Greetings and thank you for taking a moment to learn a little bit about me. I grew up in a north shore suburb of Chicago, after college I moved to Aspen Colorado for a job in January 1986.  Then in the blink of an eye thirty years had passed. My knees had gone out so skiing was not what it used to be, and I was ready for a change so I decided to move back to my midwestern roots. I moved to the Milwaukee area because moving to Illinois would not have been a smart decision, and I've always loved Wisconsin! I met my wife shortly after arriving in Wisconsin, I thought the Milwaukee area was going to be my final stop given its proximity to Chicago friends and to all that Wisconsin has to offer.  Then in early 2018 my wife informed me that she had been offered a position as a Nurse Case Manager for Hope Hospice in Medford Wisconsin and that she would like us to move.  It has been one of her lifelong goals to move to the Northwoods and like all good husbands who love their wife, I said yes, let’s do it with enthusiasm, so here we are!

It has now been three years since we joined the Medford community, and we love it here. I bring many years of buying and selling real estate experience in addition to over two years working as a Realtor covering the area from Spencer Wisconsin to Phillips Wisconsin. I am a real estate expert that has listed and sold Commercial, Residential, Vacant Land and Lake Front Residential and Recreational properties.  I am thrilled to be working as a Realtor at EXIT Greater Realty, the tools EXIT provides to agents and customers, their trusted brand and my fellow EXIT Realty agents that are the best in the industry make it a perfect fit for me and my clients. One common thread that explains my long professional career is that everything I have done has been face to face, one on one, with my customers and/or clients. I have always strived to help each of them achieve their goals through smooth and organized transactions even when challenges have arisen.  I bring a lot of hard-earned wisdom to everything I do, the most important thing that I have learned along the way is that if you relentlessly strive to exceed your client's expectations, you'll be successful. When not actively selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family at our lake house in Phillips boating, fishing, swimming and just hanging out around the fire with friends and family. I enjoy playing golf, tennis, downhill snow ski, traveling around the World and investing in real estate and the stock market.
